The Chinatowns of America have made way for more “enclave communities” of immigrants who run health clinics, law firms, and all types of start-up companies, a new study by the New York-based Center for an Urban Future found. The pro-policy solutions for city problems think tank also said these business corridors are out-pacing development by American-born entrepreneurs, especially in places such as New York city, Houston, and Los Angeles.
