I never thought Obama was a "left" candidate. So, I'm not all surprised by some of the things that were said. Obama seems to be a rather "normal" candidate to me. Although I disagree with some of his past voting records, I also understand why he may have voted the way that he did. It makes no difference to me if a candidate is Democrat or Republican. To me they are just a candidate for Presidency. I am not going to agree with either candidate totally. Obama knows how to play politics. Call flip flopping what it is - lying. Both candidates have done it. Honesty in politics has never been one of America's strong points.
