Stability for Zimbabwe
President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe and opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai have decided to collaborate for two weeks in order to ameliorate government and economic issues. Political violence and economic instability have always been issues in Zimbabwe with the ongoing disagreement between ZANU-PF party and Movement for Democratic Change. Jury Convicts Man Guilty of Hate Crime Against Holocaust Scholar Elie Wiesel.
On February 1, 2007, Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel was pulled off an elevator by Eric Hunt in a kidnap attempt. Yesterday, a jury convicted Hunt, 24, in San Francisco Superior Court of one felony charge of false imprisonment with a hate crime allegation.Chicago Tribune.
